tugrikIn order to get some practice before next month's convention shoot, I'm going to be doing a photo session this weekend. Anybody local who can read this is happily invited... though I'd hope you'd jot me a note to say 'hi' first if I don't know you. :)
On Saturday, December 14th (this weekend), I'll have the portrait kit set up at my office, which is located very near where Highway 85 and 17 cross, between San Jose and Los Gatos. If you want to come and don't know the way, please reply here, email me, or similar contact so that I can give you proper driving instructions.
Wear what you wish for holiday (or non-holiday) pics. I only have my mottled blue backdrop, as the new one hasn't been ordered yet. If you have access to a backdrop, by all means, feel free to bring it! I'll be arriving at the office at 9:00AM PST as I have to let in a telephone technician anyways, and will be set up to take pics my 9:30. I'll stay until Noon at the very least (I have to, for the tech). However, if more than just one or two friends show up I'll gladly stay for as long as it takes to get all the pics folks want.
What you'll get will be digital images on CDRom for you to use as you wish. We also have some color printers here that are properly calibrated and I can run a few prints off, depending on how things go. There's zero charge for this, of course. I have to be here anyway, and I need the practice/equipment shake-out!
