What does that entail?

The short version:

I'm making wooden tikis for distribution at FC2009. Some will be sold, some will be given if you get your picture taken at the photo booth (or attend other events around the con). Additionally, others will just be given out for the asking, BurningMan-style.

For variety, I've invited a handful of friends to each make one tiki design (within a 2" x 4" space) so that I end up with a grab-bag of multiple tiki tokens instead of just a few hundred of one design. Preferably animal or anthro-themed somehow, like Dusty's "Kat" tikis in the picture above.

They're carved out of 3/32" alder wood and are a lot of fun to make. If you'd like to add in a design I would be extremely delighted. Everybody who submits a design that gets used will be given a dozen of their design to give out or sell on their own, too.

I'd love to see your design! The soft deadline is end of the year, so I have time to make them all pre-con. I say 'soft' as I can always squeeze in a little more up to the last minute, since the laser gear is on-site.
