Okay, new-favorite time. Why did nobody tell me that "turkey jerky" is this good? You don't even need very much of it. It's nice to just gnaw on and rip-tear at now and then. Mmm. Meaty carnivore-makehappy. The fact that it's tough and has to be wrassled with to properly chew is all the better. *tail-lashes*

Meanwhile, it's a beautifully quiet day at the office. My boss is out, one co-worker is at HP training and the other is telecommuting. Our engineers are being made very-busy on projects so they're heads-down way on the other side of the building, leaving most of the main area to be properly lorded over by the lone remaining monoceros. Myspot.

There's just something bemusing about the thought of wanting to relax by chewing something. We're not so far removed from animals at all. :)

Oh, yeah.. the joys of really good, tough jerky. I like the Pemmican brand peppered stuff, myself. Not too sweet, and half the fun is tearing up the meat and chewing away.
