I really like it when the light gets that odd twilight-cast, even though it's in the middle of the day. The combination of dim-light and the clear skies really tweaks the visual system. Solar eclipses are neat.



The other seven pictures can be found here. Since I have to work on the Grafinta office (in Madrid, Spain) at midnight tonight, I came home early from work to play with the funky sunlight.

I'm envious. There was just about diddly and squat noticable in Seattle. I didn't even know about the eclipse until Tuftears mentioned something about it.

Heh. I suppose now is a good time to ask (admittedly after the fact) whether or not it's a bad thing (tm) to use a digital camera to look at the sun by using the camera to focus on the sun but looking at the screen. Will it damage the camera's sensors?
