Tugrik is a huge unicorn of a different color. Blue, in fact. Even metaphorically he's not your usual horse with a horn; his monoceral appendage is on his nose, not his forehead, and his feet end in curled hands instead of hooves. He has a definite arcane bent, and his appetites often range carnivorous.
Strengths: Gregarious. Highly intelligent with a strong affinity for gadgets. Can pull out a gadget for nearly any situation.
Weaknesses: Somewhat mischievous. Somewhat bumbling (Sometimes on purpose). One foreleg is a very good prosthetic.
Special Skills: Eat Smaller Creatures +3, Displace Space Making It Blue +8, Understand Arcane Gadgets +6, Produce Arcane Gadget On Demand +4
Weapons: Monoceral horn on nose, large bite, sits for crushing damage, kicks for quad damage. Wand of sleep and polymorph toad.
Items: Wrist-sundial with magic map, compass, image recorder, weather prediction runes, scrying glass, and far-speaking spells. Bag of Infinite Gadgets.
