The funny thing is... that last post that got all the traffic? It was mostly supposed to be about the ADVRider board. The FM thing was mostly a 'wow, serious parallels here' type of exposition.

There's a lot I could type about FM politics, but I think I'll keep it out of my LJ. The place is old enough, huge enough, and run by a diverse enough group of people that it's really hard to have a productive gripe-session about politics or enforcement. If I'm ever willing to buy a thick asbestos suit to wear on a regular basis, I'll start up a secondary journal for FM-chatter so I can keep this one relatively politi-spam free. :)

Oh, heck... no worries! The comments are coming from the root of the post itself, which I'm the only idjit responsible. :) If anything I'm quite glad for the discussion it's prompted, and I might just indeed go start a 2nd journal for such things.
